The Icelandic Theatre Group RaTaTam has in only few years become one of Iceland‘s best known independent theatre group. They premiered their first performance SUSS! in 2016. The performance is based on 200 hours of video interviews with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. RaTaTam was nominated The Art Groups of Reykjavik in 2017 for SUSS!

The performance has already travelled to the Faroe Islands and Denmark and in 2020 it‘s going to Czech Republic and Poland.

In November 2019 RaTaTam will perform SUSS! 4 times at the Reykjavik City Theatre as a part of an European collaboration project called Shaking the Walls, led by the Shakespeare Theatre in Gdansk and co-financed by the Creative Europe Programme of European Union. After each show there is a discussion with experts who work on a daily bases with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence.

Two of the performances will be in English.

And on the 25th of November at 20:00

The performance is free of charge and everybody are welcome.

The show is not recommended for children under the age of 14.
